DVI into a 4805

Can anyone tell me why I have lost the option for letterbox in the aspect ratio menu since I changed the connection from component to DVI I used to get the options 4.3 16.9 native and letterbox And now the option for letterbox is not on the menu or an option on the remote

Can't be specific but DVI input often results in the loss of some menu options... colour adjustment is another one from memory...PJ
