Advice on mounting a PJ and screen

To all those peeps who have their PJ ceiling mounted and a nice pull down/electric screen, which did you put up first? The PJ or the screen?
Just got a hold of both but unsure as to which to put up first.

In my case, the screen could only go in one place, so I mounted that first, then the projector.

It might be useful to have some leeway on the screen in case you need a little adjustment one way or the other, but normaly you should be able to line the pj up onto it if you get it in the right place. The lens should be equidistant from the top two corners of the screen. If it isn't, then you will introduce some keystoning so will have to move one of them to resctify it.
