Unhappy Problem with Sanyo PLV30

Bought my projector in March this year, and recently I have noticed that the picture moves up and down by about 5-10mm. You don't really notice it while watching a movie but on static menu screens etc its very visible.

It even happens on power up when there's no input from my DVD player, so am assuming the fault lies with the projector rather than my player.

anybody any ideas before I take it down of the ceiling and return it to the shop ?
