Have I made a mistake with the Panny 700 ?

Unusally for me I thought I'd read the manual first before getting the kit out of the box. Now I'm worried I've made a mistake !

Amongst other things the Panasonic manual tells me:

Do not insert foreign objects into the projector;
Do not place the projector into water;
Do not use the projector in a bath or shower;

With all these restrictions I'm not sure if it's any use to me anymore !

What should I do ?

Ray

Does RTFM have anything to say on this.

Years ago I heard about a Grundig tape deck that came with a label on it which said...'Now you've tried it your way please read the instruction book'

The only rules to adhere to in the manual are...

1. Don't switch the PJ on until the dust has settled on your HC room build.

2. Don't tell your other half the true cost of all the stuff that's suddenly appearing.

Weigh a pie

Do not use the projector in a bath or shower;

I believe using the projector in the shower can lead to rainbows

Showers

I also get bad vertical banding on my shower screen when watching Jaws (thought I'd give it a plug)
