Factory Settings for Sharp XVz90E

Please can someone help. Somehow I got into the factory settings and whilst changing the gamma setting to 3, I mistook the DLP menu for the contrast and brightness and have changed the factory values. Can anyone help me to restore the orignal factory settings both on DVD and DLP.

Corleone88 seemed to know what he was doing in Jan 2003 - are you still around ?

Thanks
