Question What PJ should I buy out of these two????

I have a dillemma, I cant choose between buying the Sanyo plv-z1 (£450) or the Epson EMP-TW10 (£630)......What do u guys reckon is the best in terms of : best sharp image, cheapest replacement lamp or just overall value for money in the long term. If any of these pjs become "discontinued" , is it still easy to buy the lamps??? Any help is greatly app.

I would go for the Z1.

As for bulbs, apparently, PJ manufacturers have to supply bulbs for upto seven years after the product has ceased being sold or produced. I was told this by a Sanyo rep when I bought my first PJ - ironically, a Z1.

If your budget can stretch, why not look at the Z2 available from -

www.nexnix.co.uk

Finally, the Epson model is reviewed in this months Home Cinema Choice.

Hope this helps.

I think the epson has a better warranty and cheaper bulbs.
I may be mistaken though.

Did you get one in the end? And where did you find the Z1 for £450?
