HT200 DM Software.

Please could someone let me know the latest software level for the HT200 DM, and where I can get it from.
Thanks.
Oh, and also, (if I have to update) is it easy to update ?

rolski,

Latest vers. is 1.21

Send me an email at: projectors@eurobell.co.uk and I will send you the latest firmware.

You will need a 9 pin male to female cable. There will be a software wizard included which will tell you what to do.

You can use any Windows platform including XP. Make sure you have the right
Comms. port selected and the right Baud rate.

Takes only a few minutes to download.

Jeff

Jeff,
I have e-mailed you as suggested & have just seen that my current software version is "1.20 DM (P) 001".
Thanks for your help.

Jeff,
Thanks for the software.

A slight problem however - I've followed the instructions, and the flash download to the projector begins, but then I get the error message

"An unknown error occured.
File being downloaded:Gui_121DM.hex
Flash download operation aborted."

Any ideas ?

Thanks.

I've now also tried with a "twisted" cable.
With the "untwisted", the download starts & gives the error message, and the "twisted" doesn't do anything.

Looks like I've wasted some money on some RS232 cables here - and I'm asking myself if the software upgrade is actually worth bothering about ?

Both my laptop & desktop are running Windows XP Pro with all the latest patches & updates, but I have no problems communicating with my TAG McLaren gear & other devices - could it possibly have anything to do with this ?
