Sanyo PLV-Z2 Green Vertical line fault

Hello all - hoping you can help me with a problem with my Sanyo PLV-Z2 projector...

Having owned this for just over 9 months now and accrued 800 odd hours, I turned the Z2 on tonight and have noticed that there are 2 green vertical lines from top to bottom on the projected image - constantly noticeable. The 1st line is on the far left of the screen and the 2nd is 2/3rds of the way along.

Is this a known fault ?

I purchased the Z2 from Ivojo so will probably be speaking to them in the morning but I'd like anyones opinion on what this problem is. I've done the usual checks...Cold start, factory defaults etc. I'm using S-video (Sky+) and Component (DVD) inputs - I get the same results on each input.

Thanks in advance.
