You are going to have to connect your cable box to the projector.

You don't connect the tv to the projector.

Does your cable box have an s-video connection?

You are going to need a long scart cable or a long composite cable and connect it from the cable box to the projector.

Where are you?

Wigan is too far away for me i'm afraid

If you plug the yellow phono into the projector and the scart into the cable box you should get a picture.

You need to connect the red and white RCA plugs which accompany the Yellow (composite video) coming out of the scart socket into your Denon... unfortunately they're going to be dangling near your projector.....

What you need is a scart/RCA adaptor.... something like This one from Maplins. Get a long composite video lead (Yellow RCA plugs on either end and use that to hook up to your projector, and an interconnect (Red and White RCA plugs on either end) and use that to connect to your Denon.
