Sanyo Z1 settings help

Hi,

I have just purchased a second hand Sanyo Z1, which has a Hoya FL-DAY filter.

I have no idea what settings I need to adjust to get the best from the unit. Can any other Z1 owners post their settings?

Any help appreciated...
