I just picked up an 808s to replace my 800. I could also do with a IR remote for it, does anyone know if any are for sale at the moment, I remember a lot were on ebay a while back, but not right now.

Ideally for sale in UK.

Do you still have the 800 remote ? It might work with the 808 if you reset the address to 0. Never owned an 800.

Ah no, on the 800, I modified the 'on board' one at the back, and added 4m of extra wire so I could stand at the screen and use it. I'd prefer not to do that to the 808 and get a proper remote.
