Seleco SVP420

Hi Folks looking for some opinions, purchased a Sim2 SVP 420 CRT projector back in 2004/05 with 33 hours use on it. Well to cut a long story short never got to use it. It has sat in the spare room ever since.
So now the wife is complaining about it (I did well to get away with it for5 years) every time she sees it I hear "what a waste of money that was!!!"
So I'm looking to sell it, don't really want to stick it on eBay as most people would have no idea what it is. Have no idea what it is worth???
Any advice on what it might be worth? Understand I will get nothing like it cost me, but it's a good machine and sure someone would love to have it (sure its brand new only 33 hours on it) Have all the remotes/ manuals and mounting brackets that came with it, think there is even the original batteries. I'm living in Ireland but feel it will sell easier in the UK, heading to England in a few weeks for holidays and could bring it as far as Matlock.

Sorry to hear you never got to use your 420, i have one which i am still using and they are a good pj when setup.

The bad news is they are worth very little in today's HD market.I got hold of mine for a couple of hundred quid a few years back and it had low (not as low as yours but low) hours.

You are right about England being a bigger market for these as i live in N.Ireland. If you are going over soon, flebay may be your best bet by offering delivery.

If i were you i would keep and use it, but if you really don't wont it i might be interested as a spare to mine.

Hi John 11 I will never use it as the wife would never let me have it in the sitting room. We where meant to build a house and I was getting a cinema room but as they say things change!!!!! Might give flebay a try but I won't hold my breath
