I have already asked this question. I think they will match.
I have the Girolok and I think it will fit as the UNICOL web site states the GAP 0234 as the adapter plate for thhe AE200, AE300 so I assume it will be the same for the 500...Soon find out eh?
I am going to order a 500 very soon, very excited about it.
It was a toss up between the Z2 and the AE500.
There is not much in it at all but I am a Panny fan and the lamp life is an expected 5000 hours, 2000 more than the Z2.

Cheers

Chris

i have upgraded from the 100 to the 300 and the mounting points are the same, so i would expect the 500 to be the same as well.

YES

My new AE500 fitted like a glove. And may I say I was totally blown away by my AE500.. It is well, well worth the money.

Right - so am I reading this right. Can I just replace my AE 100 with a 500 and everything will line up - mount, screen etc?

I too have the unicol gyroloc mount but ubicol told be to ask Panasonic and Panasonic told me to ask Unicol!

If all mounts etc are the same and I dont' have to move either PJ mount or screen I will go for 500.

Thanks for any responses from unicol 100 - 500 upgraders!

Cheers

Yep the mounting holes are in the same place.

What i have noticed though is the width of the picture is a tad too wide for the screen.

Although that could be that i have nudged the mount out of line a little.
