Question wall mounting a projector-pls help

Hi,
I managed to get my Optoma HD700X wall mounted. The problem is, the projector is just above my head. I would like to move the projector up the wall abit. If I move the projector up the wall, how do I get the projected image to about half way down the wall. At the moment if I put the projector up the wall the projected image is to far up the wall.

My PJ is an Optoma HD700X

Re: wall mounting a projector-pls help

hi,

is your pj on a shelf, the right way up or on a mount upside down? im presuming its on a shelf the right way up from how you describe it?

theres not much lens shift on this pj so what you would need to do is flip it upside down and mount higher up.

ive flipped mine upside down and the center of the lens is 8.2" above the top of the screen

think im right but someone more knowledgable will be along soon

jase
