No signal InFocus LitePro 720

We have an InFocus LitePro 720 at my workplace which does not seem to be getting a signal. It powers up, displays the splash screen and the help function is accessible. However, the video source (which in our case is always a laptop computer) does not appear. I have swapped the 15-pin VGA cable with one known to be working and still no signal. I have cycled Fn-F8 several times with each cable still to no avail. Any ideas?

Make sure the laptop is set at the projectors native resolution, just to see if it is a resolution compatibility issue..
Projectors can scale, but being VGA it might need a native resolution before you sync and see a picture..

Re: No signal InFocus LitePro 720

I will check that, but wouldn't that result in a blank screen? The splash screen stays up, which is why I believe it is not getting the signal. I did check the cable connection at the projector and it seems to be locked in place correctly. I will also try to find a device to connect to the other inputs to see if any of these work. Thanks.
