Think you might have your wires crossed there, Tom.

Re: Barco 708mm

What are the symptoms and why are you sure it is the SMPS or the convergence board ?

Have you seen this ?

Re: Barco 708mm

From memory it should be possible to put the BD708 powersupply in a 708mm and the convergence boards should be the same.
but as you now have a working unit pull the old MM out and use the quieter BD708

Re: Barco 708mm

All set up and working. I've pulled the line doubler from the MM and that works in the 708Data! Have a Wii plugged in and DVD/Freeview player. Screen looks so smooth even from the composite connection.

Cheers to Ufitsy, this thing is ace!

Roland, do you have a SMPS and board? might be worth getting the other one set up... I can try having 2 running for extra brightness (or persuade the missus to allow me one in the house)

cheers to all in this forum, once again, great help.
