Seleco 350 lost vertical raster

Im new to this.
Ive got a seleco svp350.
I set it up with all the trimmers and watched a movie on it , then disaster struck
ive only got a horisontal line across the screen now and there are no leds lit on the daughter boad behind the blue crt.
Has anyone an idea of what to check to find the fault.
Thanks

Re: Seleco 350 lost vertical raster

There's nothing lit on the protection board...The tubes are lit...There's a white line across the middle of the screen...

It sounds like a problem with the vertical image amps but I'd have expected the projector to go into protection mode.

You said you've been in and twiddling to set up the projector. I'd start by resetting the convergence controls (or better still - use the convergence bypass switches) and restart the projector.

If you get your picture back - albeit out of convergence - then it's a setup issue. You've overdriven something on the convergence board.

Re: Seleco 350 lost vertical raster

Could this be the "Seleco line" you get when no image data is being sent to the PJ ???

Just a thought?

Wrong input selected maybe?

Can you get a menu screen up?

My 350 is a bit older and has jumper pins. I have not got many jumpers but
i have done the bypass on a crt at a time with no joy.

I have set it up a few times in a few different venues

Vertical image amps ,they sound like the place to look. Any idea where they are or if there is a test point for me to put a scope on to see the sawtooth.

Thanks for your help
