Office projector

Hi

My dad wants a projector for his office. I've spent an hour looking at them this morning and i've got no idea where to start. He wants to spend under £300 on one. It will be ceiling mounted and used for showing a database (forms and numbers) for his clients. Hes an accountant....

Any advice / models to look at? Should I be looking for a LCD or DLP?

Thanks for your time

Re: Office projector

DLP or LCD it does not really matter - LCD will give a 'punchier' image for data presentations.

On a budget he could end up picking up a cheap SVGA which would be false economy. XGA (1024 x 768) and 2000 lumens should be his benchmark.

the Sanyo XW57 (if any are still around) or its replacement XW200 are a solid bet.
