my ae300 went green

Red face my ae300 went green


las night i turned on my ae300 and....

the image went green. all the collors became green
except the red(very dark red).

checked all the connections... everything ok

AFTER 90 MINUTES TURNED ON, THE GREEN IMAGE DISAPEARED.

HELP TO FIND THE CAUSE OF THIS POBLEM(sugestions):
- the pj was in a standby position at least for a week
-790 hours
-yesterday was the cleaning day(dust?, i donīt think so=
-humidity

Are you connected using component leads. There may be a problem with one of these. Not necessarily with the phono connection to the PJ or DVD but perhaps to the wires connecting to the phono. I say this as I suffered a similar experience when trying to make up my own leads!

A bit of practice with a soldering iron and they were ok!

Could be a similar problem if using RGB scart.

green image all the way.

donīt think its a component connection thing.
