I am looking to make my own fixed screen for my infocus 7205 at about 120 inches diagonal. Ive found a couple of sellers in the states selling screen material and wondered if anyone new if they would be any good?

Or does anyone know of a place in the uk that sells screen material?

Iam currently projecting onto a flat matt white wall in a loft which is totally blacked out but all the walls are painted white.

Thanks for that and may well be comparable in price once the postage is paid for from the states Just not that sure which would be the best fabric for my projector as I do get quite a bit of light bouncing back from the plasterboarded wall its on just now and the blacks arent that great so am hoping if its going onto proper fabric rather than a plain white matt painted wall things should improve

To reduce the effect of the washout from the white walls, you need to look at a more directional screen material and/or grey screen. I recently changed to a Matt White from a grey screen wit gain (and directional) I couldn't believe how washed out the picture looked in comparison. I've had to extend and modify my 'Bat Tent' just to get back to where I was before. I'd strongly recommend painting the walls at least a darker shade of cream rather than pure white, ideally darker still but I accept aesthetics can't be ignored in a non dedicated room.
