Pondering a projector...

A friend of mine owns a projector, we would have a few drinks at his and play buzz on it.

Now it seems very poor quality. Im just wondering if theres any projector you can get that gives a crisp picture.

Re: Pondering a projector...

Hi Barney!

It would help if you could tell us what projector your friend has. That will tell us what you can expect from one of the current home theater projectors and the proper screen selection.

Re: Pondering a projector...

I bought an Infocus IN80 from the classifieds here and impatiently set it up onto a Magnolia wall as the sceen is still in its box 3/4 of the way up the stairs.

I had a go of COD4 on it and the picture was AMAZING!!!
Playing with life sized people trying to shoot you is a right laugh!

As someone has said what projector does your friend have?
