is this screen any good + other recommendations

Hi

I am struggling to work out what make screen to purchase.

I have found this on ebay

110" ELECTRIC MOTORISED TAB TENSION PROJECTOR SCREEN HD on eBay (end time 08-Nov-09 19:46:08 GMT)

Do I need to have a tensioned screen, does it make a big difference?

I want a screen that is max 3m wide, (see this post for more info on my proposed setup)

Need help on what projector and screen

Or if anyone has any other screen make recommendations I would be most grateful.
