Dear all, I have decided to paint my screen directly onto the wall this weekend and intend to use Wickes Brushed Steel as the room in not really light controlled. I then intend to use Dark Cocoa matt pain around the screen to absorb any reflections, with velcro as a border.
With regards to screen size, my projector (Optoma 700HD) is mounted on a stand and I basically intend to project the startup picture image onto the wall and then mark out my screen and paint within the border.
My question is, should I be aware of screen ratios etc, or is this the best way of getting the right ratio and screen size.
Also any recommendations for obtaining flock/velcro tape would be helpful.
