4.3 screen help

how would a 16.9 widescreen film look on a 4.3 screen would i be missing out

The calculator at PJCentral shows this is a graphical way depending on your PJ.
Projection Calculator Pro - Projector to Screen Distance

A 16:9 image on a 4:3 screen would have black bars on the top and bottom of the image since it isn't tall enough to fill the screen.
