Question Universal Projector Screen Bracket... does it exist

Are the any so I can have my projecter screen about 1 foot away from my wall so it doesnt hit my tv stand when opened? The reason I want a universal one is incase I change my screen I dont want to have to get a new one or even worst drill new holes installing it .

Unless you have a really high ceiling, wouldn't it be better to ceiling mount, in which case you can place it where you want? I'd have thought a screen case, "floating" 12" in front of a wall would look rather odd?

Just my tuppence worth though...

normally that would be ideal, but the projector is going to be in the attic recently converted. So it hasn't got a flat ceiling, that means i can only attach it to the wall

Re: Universal Projector Screen Bracket... does it exist

i had a thought, how good are pop up projection screens? I am thinking of getting SAPFL100WSF which is a 100" 16:9 Sapphire pull up screen. How is this in terms of picture quality (thinking of getting it a tw3000 or tw3500 when its out to go with it). This way i dont even need to drill for the screen.
