panaview 92" black borders are slightley curled ?

i have a panaview 92" manual pull down screen.
the left and right of the projector screen where the black borders are ,seem to be curled outward ?
is this how they all are or is this because it is new and will it come out after some long use ?
and if it is not correct and the screen should be totaly flat when pulled down ,will this be covered under the warranty ? its only about 2 months old and has only been on the wall around 2 weeks(been building the room where it was to be fixed incase you are wondering why its 2 months old but only been up 2 weeks )

i can take pictures if you like.
the white of the screen does not seem to be curled just the black borders

Just to confirm, put my 84in Panoview up yesterday, and the screen is totally flat, but the borders are curled inwards slightly. Not a problem though.

A very common occurance - this is one of the reasons 'tab tensioned' screens came about.

I wish I had the money to afford one.
