Screen with 100% Black Out Lining ?

Screen with 100% Black Out Lining ?
Is it possible to get a screen which has a 100% light black out on the back of it so it could come down in front of a window ?

If so does it effect image quality at all, you would suppose not as it's a lining.

I guess finally can they be automated or does the blackout linining make it to thick ?
