Advice On Best Screen For Mitsubishi ColorView XL30U LCD Projector

I have just bought a secondhand Mitsubishi ColorView XL30U LCD projector and now need to get a screen. Having never had a projector before I have done a bit of research on what sort of screen to get but have ended up completely confused. I will mainly be watching films and sport. The room is approx 9 metres x 6 metres and the viewing area would be about 4 to 5 metres from the screen and is reasonably light although I have shutters on the main window which could be closed to darken it down a bit. Any advice on type of screen and size would be welcome.I do not want to spend silly money but do fancy a motorised screen and would be willing to pay a bit more for something that would give a decent picture.
