Help..screen stuck down.

Sat watching a film last night, went to put the screen up but it wouldnt move Its a Grandview Cyber electric screen. It makes a few clicking noises but no movement.
The worst thing is its over the doorway into the living room and also over the tv.. Can they be manually retracted anyway at all?

Thanks
John..

Re: Help..screen stuck down.

Hi John

is the end cap available to get at, if so remove it and try manually winding the screen a little, sounds like its gone past the limit switch

let us know the outcome, what a bummer mate

Re: Help..screen stuck down.

Taking the end cap of seems to make it fall apart There is nothing under there to adjust.
