Opinions on NexNix 6ft Screen 16:9 Portable Screen
I am moving into shared house while away at uni and need a portable screen. I have seen this at nexnix. Has anyone used one and if so is it any good?

Hi Tom,
I'm using this screen with the Z1 I bought from you...
http://www.unbeatable.co.uk/CatalogueItem_14438.html
I find it works great. It is quick to assemble, and very well made.
May be worth considering...
Cheers, Lee

reviving an old thread here but does the sony have a black border at the sides? Is it 70 inch diaganal? At the moment I'm looking at getting the sony or a DRH lite. The DRH doesn't have a black border and is 4:3. Does anyone have any opinions on either or recomend some other portable screens.

Hi Tom,
Link for you...

The screen is 70" diagonal. It doesn't have a black border.
Cheers, Lee

i have read on another thread that it is quite flimsy and has poor build quality. After several months use what's your opinion on it? Thanks

Hi Tom,
It is a little flimsy, in that the screen is not as tight as it could be. I haven't noticed any adverse effects on the image quality.
I've used it about 8 or 9 times, and it's built really well in my opinion.
It is the only screen I've ever used, so bear that in mind.
I would still recommend it. If you don't like it, you could always put in on ebay or the forums. The same model sold for £132 a few months back (£22 more than the price from unbeatable) !!!
Cheers, Lee

Hi Tom,
I have just put the screen up, and found what can only described as a fold in the material, and what look like small squares around it. It's not like you can ignore it either. It's just typical!
Not sure where I stand in regards, getting a replacement. I guess I could put a post on the forums about it...
Have you made a decision on the screen yet?
Cheers, Lee
