Morning guys and gals
I've just joined the Sky Songs service thanks to an offer from MoneySupermarket.com and although I already successfully downloaded from ITunes and even (occasionally) Tesco without a problem, I have an issue that you may feel able to advise upon!

I have successfully downloaded the necessary Downloader and indeed the first downloaded album. It arrives in my PC downloads but in a form I do not recognise and calls itself a SKS file.

When I try to copy and paste into either of my MP3 players, again it arrives there but when you remove the MP3 from the PC and try to find and play the album from the MP3 players alone, it is nowhere to be found.
