iTunes won't detect new 36 iPod Nano (8gb)
I put my daughter's new 3G iPod nano into the docking station but iTunes doesn't detect it. I upgraded iTunes/QuickTime but to no avail. I don't get anything showing under DEVICES (Well DEVICES isn't there).

Help!

PS It does charge though.

Have you tried connecting it direct with the cable supplied and not the dock?
