digital media player supporting mov and divx, xvid

Im looking for a digital media player that can play quicktime files, divx and xvid movies.

I bought a freecom 35 expecting this too work but it was a little disappointing.

a. i have to unplug the usb cable before it can be used on the tv... i know this sounds trivial but I could just use a vga to dvi from my tv to my pc.. but it that lies another problem as i have already 2 monitors connected to pc, so essentaily i would have to unplug 1 monitor to plug the tv in.. Im thinking i could get a switch box but i dont know where to start!

b. it doesnt support quicktime mov files.. i know i could convert them but paying 200 pounds on a media player you kinda expect for it to play every format..

now i have seen apple tv with something called NitoTV installed on it which runs pretty much everything.

Has anyone heard of this and seen it working..

HELP!!!
