Portable DVD & DivX Player - Recommendations?

Hi,
Does anyone have any recommendations for a portable DVD player with the following essential features:

• DVD playback
• DivX playback from DVD-R as well as CD-R
• Rechargeable battery
• 110V/220V compatible
• Must be reliable (over low price)
• At least 7" screen
• Region Free (or able to be hacked to region free)

The following features would be nice:

• Playback from USB devices
• 10" screen
• Ability to display photos from a CD/DVD
• Analogue TV tuner (not concerned about DVB-t)

I am looking to spend up to £250. Reliability must come first above all others because it will be extremely difficult to get it sent back for repair under warranty.
