Been on the phone to Phillips and as the product is 18 months old they will not fix it without a charge. I pointed out that this cost me almost £300 and I don't expect such an expensive item to breakdown twice within an 18 month period.
He wouldn't budge but gave me an address to put a complaint in writing. Sending off the letter today but I don't think I will get anywhere.
One this is for sure though, my experience with Phillips hasn't been a good one and I don't think I will purchase any of their products in the future.
Can anyone recommend a decent repairer for my unit? I don't really want to use Phillips again.
Cheers
