Cyclone micro 3 play .FLV? & what is best HD media player under £50

Hi all, 3 quick questions, if you can help with any or all of them that would be great.

I'm trying to find a good HD media player for my Dad that is under £50, does anyone have any recommendations?

I have been looking at the Cyclone Micro 3 but I'm not sure if it will play .FLV files (videos downloaded from youtube etc), has anyone here that owns a micro 3 tried to play .FLV videos?

Lastly, my dad has a big old CRT tv so he will be hooking the player up via the AV output, will it still play a 1080p video (will the player fit the video to the old fashioned TV screen?) He has a Canon SX40 camera that records video in 1080p .MOV format and he'd like to be able to watch the videos on his TV.

Thanks for any help/advice

I went ahead and bought one, so to answer my own questions in case anyone else wonders the same.

The Micro 3 does indeed play .FLV videos downloaded from youtube etc, and it works great on CRT TV's (fits 1080p to the right size).

It's a great little media player, he's very happy with it
