Activating subtitle on Welland MediaBank 747AP

Hi all,

Anyon know how i can activate subtitle on my media player, its a welland MediaBank 747AP - it tells me it supports Subtitle file types but theres no way of switching them on or a function to load them - anyone any knowledge on how i can get them working?
