Looking for Full Screen Portable Web Browser Approx 7"

So far I have the Archos 7 but I think this is missing 3G which is a bit of a let down.

DataWind PocketSurfer 2 but only has WiFi and is apparently a bit slow on changing web pages.

This is the new kid on the block a mate of mine just sent me and looks like just what I'm after but is not possible to purchase here yet. [FONT=Arial]Eston's 7-inch Android MID believes it's an N97, can play full HD

Anyone have any other suggestions excluding laptops?
