Archos 5 - Virgin V+HD connection

I will be getting Virgin Media with V+ hd box, would i be able to connect Archos to it and record HD content to the Archos.

If so what pugins and set up will i need

None of the Archos devices can record HD content.

Fortunately most of the satellite and cable boxes can output HD content as SD so you can still record something broadcast as HD, but just not in such good quality.
