Helmet camera that records last x minutes

Not sure if anyone will know this but have a friend of a friend who has a helmet cam type recorder that constantly records but will only capture say the last 10 minutes of footage if you press a button otherwise it just falls off page.

Any ideas what it is?

I think I worked out by poking through various manuals it's a VIO POV either 1 or 1.5.
