I think there is a problem with the mp3 file. It is only about 3 seconds long???

Re: AVForums Home Cinema Podcast : 20th September 2007

Excellent HC podcast this month guys. Every time I listen to these i get more and more depressed - as you can see, my kit in it's day was high-end - cost a load of money - and I now hear Neil talking about the new sound formats. This coupled with the movies podcast is enough to send a guy over the edge (well not literally - but looking to spend more money to catch up).

I guess the question is - will it end now? Can it get any better than the new sound formats that we would notice? I guess displays will get bigger eventually, taking up whole walls and SuperHD/UltraHD/MuchHigherD will take over. Kind of loath to get myself an Onkyo875+BlueRay etc etc.

Any back on topic - thanks again - very informative.

And I am glad to see that the podcasts are slowly being infiltrated by the Scots

It'll never end, there'll always be developments which are touted and adopted as the next best thing.

Spend now I say
