Thanks for this. Yet again, an absolutely sensational podcast. You spoil us!I cannot believe how comprehensive these podcasts are.
It also a pretty dead cert that the prices are going to be very high!

Based on what? We've already seen prices for US and Europe. Have you seen UK prices or just having a wild stab in the dark?

Based on the interviews (emphasising high prices!). I don't think we can read too much into the US prices, which show a relatively modest premium between top and bottom of the range. I suspect that the premium will be significantly higher in the UK.
