Stormy, I feel the same way and it was at least £400 premium over the G10 which getting towards twice the price with the deals on G10's - I ordered the G10 instead with Bluray for £699 - I couldn't find a V10 for under £1000 in stock anywhere. My G10 is supposed to arrive tomorrow (snow drifts allowing ) and I'm upgraded from a BD60 to a BD80 so I can use my old amp still (no sub - so shouldn't have the issues I've read about) - So a G10 and a BD80 bluray and 5 yr warranty all for just over £800. I know it's not as good as V10 but it would be rubbish either.
