Re: Panasonic TH50PZ80B Owners

Mine is being collect today as one of the fans has started whining.

Called the dealer to confirm collection and enquired about how it was to be transported which he replied flat

Yeah right, I had to get Panasonic support to call them and tell them to transport it upright.

Re: Panasonic TH50PZ80B Owners

Can someone tell me, before I buy one of these, if the 80B model can play AVCHD from the SD Card.

I have read somewhere that the 81B model does so that has made me question it as it is a feature I would really like.

Thanks

Yep, photo browsing is also painfully slow.

Whats your firmware version.

Question for all, the recommended settings on Cinema etc just seem too dim for me, expecially on SD viewing...i've decided to revert back to normal settings. W£hat do you think of the settings?

Bit of a bump

I have started infrequently using the front HDMI slot on mine, and have noticed it doesn't auto switch like the rear ones. Is this normal? I can only guess it is because of something along the lines of the front socket being used to hotswap stuff like camcorders etc?

It isn't the end of the world, I was just curious. Ta!

edit: I should add that I'm connecting devices that do auto-switch when connected to the back of the TV (a PS3 and Xbox 360) so it isn't the devices I'm using that are causing the issue - if indeed an issue exists.
