50VT30.

I do have the green tinge but only when the screen is not being driven properly.

To test this you can go into the update menu in various picture modes and see the green blob appear/disappear.

Pro modes always show it.
Cinema mode always shows it.
Photo mode will show it when the contrast drops below around 75%.
THX mode will show it when the contrast drops below about 75%.

I am using THX mode now my set has bedded in with contrast at 75% and brightness around 45% (that is when black borders are noise free using Sky HD).
This gives a really nice image and it is green blob free.

Yes I have had 3 50vt30's now with this fault. I've contacted watchdog after Panasonic head office told me they aren't doing anything about it. Im willing to do anything necessary to get Panasonic moving on this.

46gt30 sent back for refund as retailer wouldn't offer a replacement due to another set in the store being "exactly the same". I think I've decided to wait for this year's models - won't necessarily be a Panasonic

Just voted. My 46GT30 has faint green patches on certain menus, but they don't seem to affect normal TV viewing... at least not that I've noticed so far.

spoke to TPS this morning and they are sending me a new 55 inch upgarde and taking my faulty green vt30 50 inch away. This is why i purchased off them as their customer service is second to none. Very happy indeed and moving up to a 55 inch should be a treat as the 50 was starting to look small lol

TX-P50VT30E bought in Poland, made in Czech Republic. Sn: FB-1540250.
Green tinge is evident in the centre of the screen, especially when watching winter sports in THX or Cinema modes. For all my family and friends the green tinge is clearly visible but today I received information from Panasonic’s Authorized Service that they do not see any screen uniformity issue or abnormal behavior of my TV set. I’m still slightly shocked by this information – for me it is unbelievable how Panasonic is treating with the customers.

42ST30. green on right, pink on the left.
Only had it a week.
Can only see it on the DVB tuning screen though, normal viewing doesn't really show it up thankfully.

R/H side of screen slight 'Green' tinge
S/N FB16400xxR
Not informed Panasonic as of yet
Noticed slight green sky tinge from day 1, Late December 2011
Just tried Grey slide today and confirm 'slight' green tinge R/H side.

Thought i'd done this? sorry 'Scooby'

PS, I would have liked to have my ''EXTENDED WARRANTY'' ( posted 3/01/12 ) in my hand before handing over this information ( S/N ) ?
