I'm sure the title may have confused a few people reading this, but allow me to explain.

When I first turn on the TV, which is a 42" PZ77U, during the first few minutes it flickers a purplish/pinkish at the top and bottom of the TV if it's a primarily white picture. It's noticable during the xbox 360 splash screen, and painfully obvious on the Namco logo during tekken 6 start-up. If I give it a few minutes first, it works absolutely fine with no flickering what-so-ever.

I was just curious if this is something serious, meaning it'll get worse, or if this is common amongst these tv's. I didn't notice it until tekken 6 came out as usually nothing I do on this TV displays a white screen right off the bat, but my room-mate said he had noticed it before but figured it was normal as it goes away so he never mentioned it to me.

Basically, should I call a repair guy about this before it gets worse, or is this just par for the course?

Almost 3 weeks later and no replies? I know this was a very popular model on this forum when i bought the TV so I figured someone here would know... guess I was wrong.
