Will Pio 434 Media box work with 433 HDE?

Question says it all really. The reason I ask is that I was wanting to try using the rear s-video monitor output on my 433 HDE media box. However I cannot get anything out of it, the composite monitor out works and the lead is definately good.

If I get the warranty involved will it be swapped for a later media box which are aparently much better, or is there no chance of it working?

Could somebody also confirm that the s-video monitor output actually works on their display. Thanks
