input switching on lg50ps3000

hello,

i used to have a panasonic th50px8b and when i turned the ps3 on while the tv was on the panasonic would automatically switch to the ps3 screen and the hdmi output,

i have now bought a LG50ps3000 full hd, and when i turn the playstation on nothing happens, and i have to use the remote to switch the source

can this be changed? does anyone know if it can, or what settings i need, i have searched everywhere in the menu and options, i dont want to manually input a source on the remote everytime i play ps3 or watch sky hd

EDIT. mods please delete this thread i will put it in the lg50ps3000 owners thread instead.

thanks.
