Stand for Philips 42fd9945
HI everybody.
My lovely, lovely boss has just given me a Philips 42fd9945 42" plasma. Ok, it's a couple of years old, has been surpassed by many others - but come on - he GAVE me a plasma screen!! Anyway. It only comes with a wall mount, and I'd rather put it on a stand of some kind. I checked out the banner ad for this forums for ******** and ********, but get the feeling they're gonna cost. Anyone got any ideas on where I can get a basic stand for a plasma? Thanks in advance. Jspoi. |

Ok, I'll rephrase that so someone might help - I can get a unit for it to sit on, what I need it the thing to make sure it doesn't fall over - I've seen a load of 'arch stands' which seem to be what I'm looking for, but I don't know where to get one for this screen.
I think people call them 'desktop stands', rather than just a stand. Thanks again in advance. Jspoi |

Hmmm. Obviously not asking the right questions here...
How about Philips 'desktop' stands as a whole then? I've found one online- but it's not designed for my screen. I've asked the guy to measure the arms and bolt-holes etc for me so I know if it'll hold it or not - but I don't know if I'm on a hiding to nowhere. Anyone got an opinion here? Anyone... anyone.... Bueller? C>ya Jspoi. |
