I'm having a new stud wall built from scratch (dividing 2 rooms), and I plan to mount a 506XDE in it, with the main body of the screen in the wall and just the 'frame border' sticking out from the wall.
Has anyone done this and got any advice, pics of the stud build etc? I plan to ventilate it through vents on other side of the stud wall. Many thanks! |

Try doing a search for Xstyle (member on this forum) who has an excellent photographic review of mounting a plasma in a stud wall. Find his profile account then there is a link on his sig. Well worth a look as it sounds very similar to what you're attempting.
Best of luck. |
